c) In situations where there is suspected involvement in acts of terrorism, drug trafficking, or any illegal activities, we are obligated to report this to the appropriate authorities.
d) If there is a reasonable belief that a child or vulnerable adult is at risk of harm or neglect, we may need to disclose information to protect their well-being.
3.2 In such cases where confidentiality needs to be breached, we will make every effort to discuss this with you and obtain your consent, except in situations where there is an immediate risk to safety. We will only disclose the information that is absolutely necessary.
