About Me

I’m committed to providing therapy that is as unique as the individuals I work with. For me, therapy is a deeply personal journey of connection; it’s about understanding the complex web of your past and present to foster a more aware and fulfilling future. I approach each session with empathy and an open mind, striving to create a space where growth and self-discovery are not just goals, but the natural outcomes of our work together.

Therapeutic Approach

As an integrative counsellor and CBT therapist, I believe in blending various therapeutic models to tailor a therapy plan that aligns with your individual needs. My work is rooted in the conviction that therapy should adapt to you, not the other way around. Whether you’re an adult or teenager dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or self-esteem issues, I’m here to work with you in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Our sessions will be a confidential, empathic, and non-judgmental space where we address and explore your concerns together.

With years of experience working in diverse settings, including NHS trusts, private practice, and consultation services, I have guided clients through their most challenging times. My expertise lies in leading situation-specific therapy sessions and developing creative treatment plans for clients across various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. My roles have ranged from providing high-intensity CBT therapy to supporting children and young people in crisis, reflecting my broad skill set and adaptability to different client needs.

Me Outside Therapy

Outside of therapy, I love travelling, the outdoors and time with family and friends. I also have a sweet spot for cats and animals. These moments of personal joy not only rejuvenate me but also remind me of the simple pleasures that contribute to our overall well-being. My personal experiences enrich my practice, bringing a level of relatability and groundedness to the therapy room.
