About Me
I am here to provide a compassionate and understanding space where you can feel heard, valued, and supported. I believe therapy is about creating a safe, non-judgemental environment that allows you to explore your feelings, work through challenges, and rediscover your sense of self.
Whether you are navigating life’s transitions, overcoming past traumas, or working through anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties, I am here to walk alongside you. I also have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and parents, helping them navigate unique challenges and build confidence.
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey, one that honours your individuality and focuses on helping you move toward greater understanding, growth, and fulfilment in your life.

Therapeutic Approach
I use an integrative approach, blending two powerful therapies to create a process that is as unique as you are:
Person-Centred Therapy: A client-focused approach that prioritises empathy and understanding, helping you feel supported as you explore your emotions and experiences. This method empowers you to reconnect with your strengths and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Psychodynamic Therapy: A deeper exploration of how past relationships, experiences, and emotions shape your present. By uncovering recurring patterns and gaining insight into unconscious influences, this approach helps you break free from old cycles and develop new ways of thinking and being.
Integrating these approaches means combining the supportive, present-focused nature of Person-Centred Therapy with the deeper insights of Psychodynamic Therapy. This allows us to explore your experiences holistically—addressing both immediate concerns and the roots of your challenges—to foster meaningful and lasting change.

Background
Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate to work in settings such as women’s centres, addiction recovery hubs, and schools, which have given me a rich understanding of the challenges people face at different stages of life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, struggling with low self-esteem, healing from the pain of trauma or loss, or navigating difficult relationships, I offer a safe and supportive space to help you find clarity and strength. I also have a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals in embracing their unique abilities and working with parents and caregivers who may feel unsure or stretched in their roles. My approach is always guided by empathy, understanding, and a commitment to helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
