About Me
As a dedicated counsellor, my passion lies in guiding individuals through life’s stresses and challenges, especially in the realms of anxiety, depression, and abuse. I am also deeply committed to couples therapy, focusing on cultivating strong, healthy relationships. My approach is not just about addressing current issues, but also about uncovering underlying patterns and fostering long-term resilience and fulfillment. In our sessions, you will find a comfortable, safe space where your thoughts and feelings are not only heard but deeply understood. Together, we’ll journey towards a life that’s not just fuller, but more content and relationally satisfying.
Therapeutic Approach
My therapy sessions are more than just a conversation; they are an opportunity for transformation. I strive to combine professional knowledge with a warm, empathetic presence. This creates a therapeutic environment where you can explore and understand your emotions, behaviours, and thoughts in a deep and meaningful way. My aim is to empower you to make lasting changes, build stronger relationships, and live a more fulfilling life.
In my practice, I adopt an integrative approach, skillfully blending various therapeutic methods including person-centred therapy, CBT, and mindfulness techniques. My special focus is on addressing the intricacies of emotional and relationship challenges. Whether you’re navigating personal difficulties or seeking to enhance your relationship, my goal is to tailor therapy to resonate with your unique story, facilitating a path to healing and understanding.
